Tea Light Candle

When I woke up this afternoon, I realized that Christmas is just 8 days away, and 2011 is just a week after that, wow!!! Where has this year gone? It seems to have gone by so fast. I usually enjoy the holiday season, but this one seems a little rumdrum and so sureal. I am hoping that 2011 brings new opportunities to grow, at least that is what I am hoping. We shall see, LOL.

So, today I am posting pics of a gift idea that is a decor item for the house. It uses a tea light, aluminum flashing, the SU exclusive flower folds die and the Su esclusive Vintage wallpaper embossing folder. I thought it was pretty nifty and wanted to share it with you. That's it for today, see you next time...

The Cold Weather Blues

Hello...I am sitting here at home with a cold, but I am trying not to let it get me down in between blowing my nose and spurts of coughing, lol. I decided to jump into blogging with two feet. I have tried to read about it and take tutorials about how to do it and still I am lost. My friend Denise said to just jump right in. So, that is what I am doing. This will be my second post since starting this blog. I called it The Stamp Kaffe because I had a beverage bar in my stamp room that I had in Washington. You were able to grab a cup of coffee, or almost whatever else, if it was available, sit down and create. I plan to have that again. For now, I grab a cup of coffee and sit down at my table and create while watching t.v., lol.

I had the opportunity to go to a class this past Sunday and we created several cards and 3d package that is very cute. I will be posting that shortly. OK, gotta run...see you later...
